About Us

The story of Ace Food Service began in 1988 with a man in a van selling frozen food to his friends and families' chip shops.
Fast forward a few years and the Alambritis and Andreou families united to create Double A Kebab, a name that quickly became synonymous with quality, flavour, and consistency in the UK kebab industry. 
From the very beginning, our goal was simple: to produce authentic doner kebabs using only the finest cuts of meat and premium spices, delivering an unmatched taste experience to foodservice operators across the country.

In 2019 we rebranded to Berry Hill Foods to signify our transition from just doner kebabs to other meat products and also meat free products to diversify our product offering and open up new growth opportunities.

Over three decades later since our debut, the market has evolved, and so have we. In 2023, we merged with another established kebab manufacturer, bringing together generations of expertise to form Ace Food Service, a modern, forward-thinking frozen food manufacturer based in the Midlands.

Today, Ace Food Service proudly produces a wide range of products, including our well known Double A Kebab, Ace 4 Kebab, and George’s Best ranges. 
Each brand is designed to meet the unique needs of caterers, takeaways, and wholesalers, from value focused solutions to premium, hand finished kebabs.

Our sliced meat products have gone from strength to strength with large wholesale and retail partners covering the majority of the UK.
